Which payment systems can I use?
You can make payments via all banks using the online payment system on our website with 3D Secure, regardless of whether you use a credit card or a debit card.
I have not received the activation code in my e-mail. What should I do?
In exceptional cases (system crashes, overloads, peak times, etc.) delays may occur, which is normal. If you still have not received the activation code within an hour, you can fill in the "Quick contact" form in the "Contact" section to inform us of the problem.
Why is my account not active even though I have made a payment?
After payment, the transaction may not be displayed immediately in the system. This is a problem caused by the bank. Once the bank has approved the payment, your account will be activated automatically.
