Definition of
This agreement sets out the terms of use for the services offered on all pages under the domain www.jig.world and the applications (hereinafter referred to as "APPLICATION") announced by the operator, owner or specified party (hereinafter referred to as "Jobs In Germany").
Parties
This Agreement is between the User, as defined in the definition section of this Agreement, and Jobs In Germany.
Context
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the APPLICATION, and both parties agree to fulfill said rights and obligations in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Jobs In Germany reserves the right to make changes to the services offered and the content of the APPLICATION.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights on Jobs In Germany, whether registered or unregistered, are protected by national and international law.
Confidential information and data
The parties acknowledge that the provisions of the Privacy Policy available on this website are valid and accepted.
Registration and security
The user is obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so may result in Jobs In Germany terminating the account.
No guarantee
The services offered by Jobs In Germany are offered "as is" and "subject to availability" without any express or implied warranties.
Force majeure
Natural disasters, wars, strikes and other uncontrollable situations are considered force majeure and the parties are not responsible during this time.
Changes to the agreement
Jobs In Germany may change the Services and the terms of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time.
Transfer of the agreement
Jobs In Germany may assign this Agreement without prior notice, but the User may not assign the Agreement.
Settlement of disputes
In the event of disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
